Tracking Stock Assist Orders

How do I track my orders?

Click on 'Transactions' in your account. From there, select the time range that your order was created in (and select 'Stock Assist' as the order type) and click 'Search'. The results will have several columns for each order created in the selected time frame.

What do the status columns in the export mean?

  1. Pending - The item record has been created, but the item has not yet been received/processed by our warehouse.
  2. Accepted - The item has arrived at the warehouse and been processed. A payment will be issued.
  3. Rejected  - The item was not accepted and will be returned.
