Order management

Users can log in to their Source account and click on the "View order activity" link to see a snapshot of how many orders have been placed, how many orders have been processed, and how many orders are still pending.

API users can take advantage of real-time order notifications to monitor new orders as they come in and use the Get Item Details API to check on the status of these orders.

You can use this chart to better understand your order statuses and forecast expected fulfillment.

Can I get an export of my orders?

Yes. For a complete list of everything in your shipment, click on “download order details file” on your Source dashboard. This file contains the order date, ValoreBooks Item ID, ISBN, title, and author of each item.
