How long does sourcing take?
Sourcing can be as long or as short as you'd like. You may pause your list whenever you're ready.
Note, we will disable your list 20 days before your ship date if you have the "Scheduled" frequency selected. This allows time for items to arrive and be processed at our logistics center.
When will I receive items?
Delivery of your items depends upon your shipping preferences. You may choose one of the following options:
- Weekly
- Pallet
- Scheduled
Based on my order statuses, how many books should I expect to be fulfilled?
You can use this chart to better understand your order statuses and forecast expected fulfillment. The statuses are visible under the “View order activity” link on the Source portal. Canceled items will not be fulfilled.
