Shipping frequencies

Source users may select from three different shipping frequencies for each list.

  1. Weekly: Our logistics center will consolidate and ship your items that arrived the previous week. This is our most selected frequency.
  2. Pallet: Your items will be stowed until there's enough to fill a pallet (about 500 items). Ideal for large volume buyers who wish to save money by shipping freight.
  3. Scheduled: Your items will be stowed until your chosen date. Perfect for stores planning ahead for the next semester. Your want list will expire 20 days before your ship date, if you do not pause it prior.

Managing your shipment settings and address

To set your shipping preferences/information:

  1. Click on the “View/edit preferences” link on your Source dashboard:
  2. Fill in your receiving information.
    1. Note: 'Secondary shipments' allow items that arrive very close to/just after the ship date and missed their chance to be added to your shipment to be included in a later shipment. This applies to the "Scheduled" frequency only.
  3. Set your shipment frequency preferences.
  4. Enter in the account information you would like us to use.
Acceptable condition items

Source users can now choose to receive acceptable condition items. By default, acceptable condition items are not processed. If you would like to accept these items follow the steps below:

Note: Enabling the setting will only apply to future purchases, not items already in transit.

  1. Click on the “View/edit preferences” link on your Source dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to "Allow acceptable condition items".
  3. Select Yes & Save.
