Payments and cancelations

When is payment required?

Invoices will be issued upon shipment of your items. Payment is due within 30 days of your shipment date.

How do I find a copy of my invoice?

Log into your Source account. Once logged in click on 'View Shipments'. If there are multiple shipments find the one you're looking for and click on ‘Shipment Invoice Summary’. This will bring up the invoice that you can then download.

Can I cancel items before they ship to me?

We currently don’t support the ability to cancel orders before they are shipped. We do, however, have a generous return policy. You can also take advantage of ValoreBooks Stock Assist at anytime.

Why did one of my items get canceled?

Valore Marketplace will cancel items that are either:

  1. Never received at our facility; or 
  2. Fail to meet our quality standards.

You will never be charged for canceled orders. Please note that canceled orders will not be added back to your open bids. If you wish to continue to source for items that were canceled, please add them back to your want list.
