Stock Assist Returns

If one or more of your Stock Assist items fails to meet our standards, we will notify you via email and update your account.

You have 14 days from the time of this notification to request that your items be returned to you. To submit this request, please reply to the email or contact returns@valore.com directly.

Why were some of my books not accepted?
Every item in your order will be condition-checked. Items may be rejected if:

  1. They don’t meet our minimum condition requirements or have fraud characteristics.
  2. They don't arrive at our warehouse in time to be processed. Quotes expire 20 days after clicking “Confirm Sale”.
  3. They’re not listed in your order or on your packing slip.
  4. The ISBN received doesn’t match the ISBN provided on the original quote.
