Direct Ship Orders and Returns
Order History
To download a copy of your orders in an export follow these steps:
- Log-in to your Source Account.
- Under Orders click "View orders".
- Select "Direct ship" from the purchasing type drop down.
- Enter the date range for the orders you'd like to export.
- Click "Download order history" to export the data.
Ordering Settings
First, open the Settings page listed under DirectShip in your Valore Source account. You can set your billing, shipping, and default credit card there to make ordering quicker.
Tracking and Viewing Orders
Tracking and status updates are available from your order pages on ValoreBooks.com. To view the order follow these steps:
- Open the "Your Account" page on ValoreBooks.com.
- Enter your order number (available from your order confirmation email or export) and the email address on your Source account.
- Click the "View my order" button. This will open the order page.
Returning Items
Direct Ship returns follow the same policies as ValoreBooks.com returns. To contact a seller to start the return process follow these steps:
- Log in to your Valore "Your Account" page.
- Click the "Contact the seller" link under the "Questions or issues?" section.
- Report the reason for your return in the message to the seller.
If your seller does not reply within 48 hours, please contact us.
