How to return items

How do I create a return request?

With Source you can request returns right from your account dashboard.

  1. Click "View shipments" on your account home page.
  2. Click on "Returns & missing items".
  3. Enter in the ValoreBooks 3PL Item ID associated with the books you wish to return/report.
  4. Choose return reason under 'Issue' drop down menu
  5. Select number of shipping labels & submit your request

Once you create a return you'll receive an email with your packing slip and a shipping label if one was created. If the return is past 14 days you will not receive a label, but will receive an email with a packing slip. Please ship return(s) to:

Where can I find my Item ID?

These unique numbers can be found on the rear of each book or in your shipment details file in your account.

Where can I see my past returns?

With Source you can view your returns right from your account dashboard.

  1. Click "View shipments" on your account home page.
  2. Find the shipment you're looking for returns history on.
  3. Click on "Returns & missing items" and your returns on that shipment will show at the top of the page. (See image below)
